Our practice and our study will stretch across a variety of teachings focusing on the interdependence of body, breath and mind. Be present.
No matter how you are currently showing up for practice this Practice Period makes it possible for you to stretch your showing up - mornings, weekends, evenings, weekdays. Zazen, kinhin, soji, samu, service, oryoki, tea and study are all part of this period of practice.
Below is a registration form, and schedules for each of the ten days.

The 10-Day Practice Period costs $220, or $180 for pledging members of Ashland Zen Center. (For those unable to attend the entire Practice Period refer to the registration form for cost.) A donation for overnight accommodation during sesshin is appropriate.
Payment is due with your registration. There are no refunds for canceling.
Religious Education is fully tax-deductible. Ashland Zen Center's Tax-ID no. is 93-1146070.
Partial scholarships may be available for those for whom the fee is the only barrier to attending. For information on partial scholarships speak to the sesshin leader.
