Introduction to Zen Buddhism

Offered January 22, May 7, July 8, October 8

On a Saturday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

I'm pretty busy. Can I practice Zen Buddhism in the middle of this full, engaged life?

What is the purpose of sitting zazen?

What should I do or study if I want to explore Zen Buddhism more deeply?
