Bring your curiosity and Beginner's Mind to Ashland Zen Center to explore your interest in Zen Buddhism in a small group with Zen teachers on Saturday, October 8 from 9:00 a to 3:00 pm. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. There will be instruction in zazen (seated meditation) and kinhin (walking meditation), and teachings.
Basic registration is $35 and a vegetarian lunch is included. To make an impactful offering you may choose a Sustaining registration of $50. Pay when you register below, or send a check to Ashland Zen Center, 740 Tolman Creek Road, Ashland OR 97520.
VACCINATION IS REQUIRED Masks will be available for those who choose to wear one. No prior meditation experience or background in Buddhism is necessary to attend.
