Sunday, June 3
6:00 a.m. to Noon
A Half-Day Sitting is an invitation to dip into the vast, inconceivable present moment. We will simply meditate… simply walk… simply eat… simply bow.
Right in the middle of who we are, right in the middle of our conditions, a Half-Day Sitting invites us to settle, be upright and be present for all of it. Together, we can appreciate, accept and enjoy this life.
Wear comfortable clothes. The event costs $20, or $15 for pledging members of Ashland Zen Center.
A Half-Day Sitting includes oryoki breakfast. Oryoki instruction will be offered before the event.
Register by May 29.
If you have questions email or ask Kigetsu Ramana (541) 201-1160.
